I understand that I must specifically list all items and that no items not listed on this application can be sold at the conference.

I understand that immoral, illicit, inappropriate materials, food items, refreshments, snacks, and/or items not suitable for church grounds are prohibited.

I understand that I must bring my own table, chairs, tent and all vendor set up supplies.

I agree to clean up my vendor area ad not leave debris in the church parking lot or on church grounds. I will bring trash brags and dispose of my own trash.

I understand that I should not pay the vendor fee until my vendor application has been approved.

I understand that the conference team may require removal of any inappropriate or unapproved items.
